Booking a Tee Time 5 days in advance

You can book your tee time at Northlands Golf Course INSTANTLY ONLINE or by calling 604.280.1111.

Our Tee Time booking policy is 5 days in advance, starting at 12 Noon.

For example, to make a 5-Day Advance Booking:
Request your booking from 12 noon on:	For tee times on the following:
Tuesday	Sunday
Wednesday	Monday
Thursday	Tuesday
Friday	Wednesday
Saturday	Thursday
Sunday	Friday
Monday	Saturday

MAKING A BOOKING ONLINE IS EASY!

Click on the online booking link. It will link you directly to our tee sheet.
Enter as a "Non-registered Player". You will be required to provide us with your name, postal code, home phone number and e-mail address. A credit card number will also be required. Please review our Privacy Policy.
If you have already registered with Northlands, enter as a "Registered Player.
Be sure to enter the names of your playing partners where indicated. If unsure of who you will be playing with, put the name "Guest" or 1,2,3 instead.
You may book a maximum of 8 players per day.

Become a Northlands Registered Player to make your online bookings even easier! To become a Registered Player, e-mail us at northlandsinfo@dnv.org with your name, address and home phone number. Please read our cancellation policy before you register.

PLEASE NOTE: Whether you call or go online to book your tee time, you will now be required to provide us with a credit card number to secure your time. The cancellation policy is 2 hours minimum, prior to your tee time. You will be required to call the Golf Shop to cancel or alter the number of players in your booking. A $10 per person cancellation fee will be charged to the cardholder of any cancelled tee-time or player, if the time is left unsold. In the event of poor weather, the cancellation fee may be waived if a courtesy call to the Golf Shop is made prior to your tee time booking.

Cancellation Policy

A person who has made a tee time booking will be required to call the Golf Shop a minimum of 2 hours prior to the tee time to cancel or amend the number of players in the bookings.
A $10 per person cancellation fee will be charged to the cardholder of the person who made the booking if the tee time cannot be re-sold or spots filled with walk-ons.
If a group shows up with less players than what has been book, without calling a minimum of 2 hours prior to the tee time, a cancellation fee will be applied.
Players may call the Golf Shop 24 hours a day. If the Golf Shop is closed when calling, you can leave a message at anytime.

In the event of poor weather, the cancellation fee may be waived.
As a courteous to other players wishing to book tee times, a phone call would be appreciated if you decide not to play because of poor weather.
